Pioneering Innovation in Healthcare
Founded in 2023, iKnowHealth S.A. emerged as a leader in digital health by spinning-off the healthcare IT business unit from iKnowHow S.A., with the latter retaining 100% ownership of its share capital. This strategic move allowed us to focus exclusively on advancing healthcare solutions, underscoring our commitment to transforming medical technology and improving patient care.
With over 100 installations across Greece and beyond, our flagship product, Evorad Enterprise Imaging Suite, has become the premier PACS solution for Greek public hospitals since 2016. Evorad is trusted to process thousands of studies daily and serves as a key teaching tool in medical schools and university hospitals, reinforcing its position as an industry leader in radiology technology.

Mr Gregory Kotsikaris
Chairman, BOD iKnowHealth S.A.
Greg Kotsikaris is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IKH Group.
Greg’s main passion has always been technology, with a special interest in business critical information systems and cybersecurity.
He is a retired Major who served the Hellenic Armed Forces for over a decade. Excelling in development of information systems, during his career years in the Forces, he became responsible for and led technically the Hellenic Army’s Material Control Center in the new millennium, overseeing procurements worth hundreds of millions of euros.
Venturing into entrepreneurship in 2002, he retired the Armed Forces and founded IKH. As a visionary leader, Greg has succesfully led the transformation of IKH, from a small size company to a multimillion-euro enterprise, employing more than 160 professionals, providing bespoke, all-encompassing solutions to the private and public sector in Greece and abroad.
After establishing IKH as a leader in the field of advanced technology and innovation solutions, a series spinouts, mergers and acquisitions took place. As such IKH became a Group of companies and he is now acting as the Chairman of the Board of the entire group. IKH Group nowadays spans its portfolio across enterprise applications with high complexity, medical imaging platforms with its own EvoradSuite® brand, autonomous robotics solutions for harsh environments, such as shipping and renewable energy and highly sophisticated Defense & Homeland Security.
He received his MSc degree in Computer Science, Computer & Information Systems from Athens University of Economics & Business. During his free time he enjoys playing tennis and travelling.
Mr Andreas Petropoulos
Vice Chairman of the Board, iΚnowHealth S.A.
Andreas is the Vice Chairman of the Board of iKnowHealth, having over 20 years of experience leading technology scale-ups around the globe.
Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions in high-growth companies across various tech sectors.
As COO of Upstream, he helped scale a MarTech business, reaching operations in 45 countries. He then served as COO of Softomotive, a leader in Robotic Process Automation, ultimately acquired by Microsoft. Most recently, he led Convert Group as CEO, guiding the RetailTech company to expand into 13 countries.
Guided by the words of Nelson Mandela, “It always seems impossible until it’s done” Andreas approaches each challenge with a focus on achieving impactful results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, his wife and two daughters, who inspire him to keep innovating.
Andreas holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, an MSc in Mobile and Satellite Communications & an MBA.
Mr Michalis Zervos
Company CEO
Michalis Zervos holds the office of the CEO of iKnowHealth S.A. IKH Group spin-off.
One of our most valuable members, Michalis is with the IKH Group, more than 11 years now. Throughout his career in the Group, Michalis has always been demonstrating adaptability in any given situtation and a unique sense of honesty, transparency, and ethical behavior towards everyone, any time.
He started out as principal project manager-, then moved to General Manager of the Healthcare IT Business unit and succesfully managed more than 20 major projects, strenghtening the Group’s position in the market.
From his current role, Michalis drives Iknow Health SA performance, being in charge not only of the operational management and the achievement of the goals set, but also for building and maintaining strong relationship with employees, customers, investors, and other key stakeholders. His greatest mission, is the cross-border expansion of the Company.
In his free time, Michalis enjoys free diving, especially in Kalymnos and teaching his kids new tricks.

Mr Konstantinos Petropoulos
Chief Technology Officer, Member BoD iKnowHealth
From 1994 to 1999 he has worked as a researcher at the National Documentation Centre of the National Hellenic Research Foundation, where he participated in several EU and National Research projects (NAP, VALUE, MIDAS-NET, HIRC, MS-STUDY).
From 1997 to 1999 he served as National Contact Point for the 4th and 5th European Framework Programs for Research and Development, ESPRIT-4, IST, INFO2000 and MLIS,
And he has actively participated in the design, development and delivery of numerous large-scale IT projects in Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Since 2016, he joined our forces, as technical director of iKnowHow Healthcare IT Business Unit then, participating in the design and development of SW applications in the field of e-Health such as the company’s RIS/PACS Evorad product suite, BI-Health etc.
Today, he is holding the position on Chief Technology Officer of iKnowHealth, driving our efforts to offer state of the art health technology solutions.
Mr Gerry Raftopoulos
Head of International Business Development
Throughout his tenure, Gerry led Munich Re’s expansion into 19 countries across Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, establishing a strong international presence in health technology.
Gerry holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Athens, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, and an MBA from the University of Bath, blending deep technical and strategic business insights.
In his free time, Gerry enjoys tennis and golf.
Georgios Kalaitzakis, PhD
Evorad Suite Product Manager
Dr. Georgios Kalaitzakis has more than 10 years of experience in the medical device field, with expertise in quality management systems, operations, and product management. This extensive background, combined with his in-depth academic and technical knowledge, empowers his role as the Product Manager for the Evorad Suite, enabling him to drive the product roadmap of the Evorad Suite, towards advancing innovative diagnostic imaging solutions.
He holds a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering (Diploma – 5-year program) from the Technical University of Crete (2014, grade 8.28) and earned his Ph.D. in 2020 from the Medical School of the University of Crete, where he introduced advanced MRI biomarkers for Central Nervous System diseases. During his studies, he received scholarships for academic excellence from the Technical University of Crete (2008-2009) and the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) for his doctoral research.
Following his Ph.D., Dr. Kalaitzakis served as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Radiology Department at the Medical School of the University of Crete, focusing on the introduction of an advanced clinical MRI decision tool for diagnostic imaging. This tool aims at enhancing patient characterization in liver steatosis and lesion analysis in central nervous system diseases.
With over 10 years of experience in academic research, he has authored and co-authored more than 22 scientific publications, with over 370 citations to his work, and has presented at over 40 oral and poster sessions at international conferences to date. He also serves as a reviewer for scientific journals in medical imaging.
During his free time, he enjoys sailing, travelling and tango Argentino.
